3 Ways To Test Your Strength

Dead

Dead lift test

This is an easy and to the point test which helps you measure the collective strength of the following muscles:

  • Hips
  • Glutes
  • Hamstrings

Simply perform a dead-lift each minute with a weight that’s is equal to your own body. Those how can lift more or twice their body weight have excellent strength.
